Superb terroir in a Languedoc cru

Situated at altitudes of up to 420 meters, this mosaic of terroirs and exposures offers the possibility of producing exceptional wines with strong expression. An excellent professional tool consisting of 15.97 hectares of well-planted vineyard on outstanding high-altitude terroirs in good cultural condition.

The terroir is composed of tertiary limestone with the presence of hard limestone pebbles from the Eocene epoch.

The microclimate features a high temperature range, with cooler nights that provide the wines with an acidity balance, ensuring good aging while combining beautiful elegance. In line with environmental challenges, the farming approach has shifted towards organic cultivation, certified since 2020.

There are 3000 m² of buildable land for a professional project on the edge of the village with a superb view.

The winemaking cellar, with a capacity of 1345 hl, is located on the outskirts of the village. Made of stone, it benefits from good exposure and is semi-buried. Grape reception is done by gravity.

There is a garage for farming equipment.

Good commercial location. Marketing channels are being developed in France through traditional routes and for export.
