The vineyard offers a beautiful variety of grape varieties, with vines in perfect cultural condition, spread across several plots on a lovely schist terroir. Positioned in the Agly Valley, the vineyard benefits from excellent grape varieties on a high-quality terroir and includes multiple appellations. The vineyard, in excellent cultural condition, covers 17.95 hectares in AOP Côtes du Roussillon, Rivesaltes, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Maury sweet and dry. The grape varieties include Syrah, Grenache noir, Carignan, Muscat Petit Grain, Macabeu, Grenache gris, and blanc. The 225 m² insulated winemaking cellar is fully equipped with all necessary vinification equipment. A commercial circuit is already in place and can be expanded.
